Christian Bellei is making some of the best Traditional Method Lambruscos available to mankind. Working exclusively with the Lambrusco di Sorbara variety, these wines are deliciously moreish, salty, and incredibly ageworthy, a rival to the Grower Champagne movement that no one saw coming. Christian was inspired by his favourite champagnes to make serious wines in his home of Lambrusco. All of his traditional method wines see 2-4 years on lees. Great for alternative sparkling BTG.
