Stefan is the third generation of the Müllers to farm their 11 hectare estate, doing so with no herbicides or pesticides in the vineyard and purely spontaneous fermentations in the cellar. The family has a collection of parcels in legendary local vineyards like Krettnacher Altenberg, Euchariusberg, and Niedermenninger Herrenberg from which they create unbelievably sumptuous, aromatic, and racy Rieslings. Perfect for acid freaks chasing the rainbow.
