This family owned estate is in its third generation, consisting of 5 siblings / cousins. Founded by Paul Gonfrier in 1962, after emigrating from Algeria with his wife, he began the adventure with three hectares of grapes. Two generations later, all the cousins contribute a variety of skills to take this family business from strength to strength.
Using grapes from a range of terroirs, Guillaume has made a small collection of approachable wines aimed at drinkers his age. Careful spraying in the vineyard, shorter macerations, lower levels of alcohol, less oak influence, fun labels and, most importantly, accessibly-priced wines for younger wine drinkers.

Pale yellow with greenish hues. The very fruity nose expresses aromas of citrus fruit and peach. A fresh aromatic white wine to enjoy with fish and seafood, fine charcuterie and hard cheeses. It can also be served as an apéritif.
